MEET OUR DESIGNER

Tracey (Eskew) Weaver, originally from Kingman, Kansas started drawing at an early age. She was obsessed with drawing houses and floor plans. Her first actual CAD floor plan was drawn when she was in 6th grade on her family’s first computer. She received a home design program for Christmas. Her dad asked her to draft a small kitchen and office area for the USD 331 bus barn. It was built according to plan.

Tracey was very engaging in art and pursued painting and design in college. She attended Cowley College under the influence of artists Doug Hunter and Mark Flickinger. She received her A.A. in Painting and Design and continued to Wichita State University. At WSU she studied under artist Ron Christ and the very talented decorative artist Diane Thomas Lincoln. She received a B.A. in Studio Art & Design as well as a Certificate of Decorative and Ornamental Painting and Design. This allowed her to paint murals and faux finishes. Her latest stent in school was to attend WSU Tech and obtain an A.A.S. of Interior Design, a Certificate in AutoCAD and a Certificate in Catia V5 Engineering Design Technology.

Tracey has had the pleasure of working in several design fields over the last 20 years, including faux finishing, kitchen design, furniture design and space planning, flooring and material sales, and has over 5 years of experience in drafting remodels, additions and new builds. In 2023 she was featured in the Wichita Business Journal for Women Who Lead in Real Estate, Construction and Design.

Her multi-faceted background makes her the perfect advocate for those who need help with their space and visualization or communicating with their contractor. The world of remodel and design can be absolutely daunting and it is her pleasure to help simplify that process and bring dreams to fruition.
