Drafting is the foundation for good design

and where details matter

Personalized Consultation & Measure

Have you ever had a project not go very well? Did you not have a good plan in place? Did your contractor not have a good plan? If this sounds familiar, it happens all too often.

For residential homeowners, begin with a one-on-one consultation and/or measure to discuss your vision, needs, and style preferences pertaining to remodel, a refresh or perhaps a new build. This is your opportunity to share your ideas and inspirations, allowing understanding of your goals and the functionality you seek in your space. You have the choice between basic drafting, drafting with material selection guidance or if you need us to take the reins for the whole project we can.

Tailored Drafting

After gathering your input and measuring, our designer will create initial drafts that reflect your unique style and requirements. This phase involves an as-built drawing, concepts for new options and layouts and 3D rendering focusing on maximizing both aesthetics and usability while ensuring every element aligns with your vision.

Final Design Implementation

Once you’re satisfied with the initial drafting, the final design will be developed. This includes detailed plans, material selections, and color palettes that will guide the execution of your project. Throughout this process, our designer will keep you informed and involved, ensuring that your dream space comes to life exactly as envisioned. Once your plans are finished, you can utilize them with your contractor, or if you wish for our designer to be involved with your contractor, that is possible too.
